KOSHAUS 26​ is the smallest in the range of modular houses. Easy construction, easy to install almost anywhere. It is possible to install as a floating house on the water. The useful area of the house is 23.10 m2 with a bathroom, kitchen, living room with panoramic windows and a veranda. KH26 is easily transformed into a sauna, workshop, large studio, mini office. In the future, it is possible to increase the area of the house at least twice, by adding central modules or installing an additional floor.
